Michael Doyle

Fifth Form pupil, Michael Doyle, recently competed in the Shrewsbury Amateur Swimming Club’s Open Meet in Wolverhampton.

Over the weekend Michael was hugely successful winning nine gold medals and two bronze. He also achieved three personal best times and received the Top Boy award.

Michael is a keen sportsman, swimming regularly and completing triathlons in season. Not only this but he is part way through training as an ASA Level 1 Judge, he is an ASA qualified Timekeeper and Aquatic Helper and he helps at the Oswestry School pool after school twice a week.

Certainly a busy and talented young man.
