Llandudno Geography Field Trip
Year 5 have returned from their annual Llandudno Geography field trip. Not only did they enjoy the clear, blue skies over the seaside town, but they had the excitement of experiencing their first residential night away with school.
There were smiles all round as pupils discovered the Happy Valley dedicated to Lewis Carroll, author of the classics Alice in Wonderland and Alice Through the Looking Glass.
Plenty of energy was used up walking on the Great Orme, exploring the sea front and imagining what it would have been like to live by the sea in Victorian times.
This trip is super preparation for the longer trip to Blencathra in May... 'we can' wait to go!' was the unanimous view.
