Old Oswestrian Dinner, The Caledonian Club, London
The annual Old Oswestrian dinner was held on Friday 20th May at The Caledonian Club in the heart of Belgravia, London.
President of the OO Society, Chris Wylie, organised the event together with Ian Campbell, secretary of The Caledonian Club. Amongst the many OO guests in attendance were the Headmaster and his wife who were regaled by stories about their predecessors and tales of roguish goings-on.
Fine food and wine were appreciated in the beautiful surroundings of the Club along with a chance meeting with the Queen’s Sovereign Piper. An auction towards the end of the evening provided much entertainment together with a raffle in which the Headmaster won two tickets to Lords.
The evening was a superb opportunity for Old Oswestrians to catch up and was heartily enjoyed by all.
